Welcome to Grey House, from The Good Witch

Welcome to Grey House, from The Good Witch!

It's a real 19th-century home located at 7 Overfield St. in Dundas, Ontario, Canada.
Grey's real name, Foxbar.
It serves as the iconic exterior for Cassie Nightingale’s bed and breakfast. The interior scenes? Filmed on a larger, constructed, studio set!
The house is a popular, privately-owned fan destination.
*Please stay on the street if you visit.
Foxbar, built in 1847, is a Victorian Italianate home. It's known for its charming, enchanting aesthetic that functions as a welcoming place to stay for weary travelers and family on the show. The facade is frequently featured in both the Good Witch movie series and the television series, often depicted alongside Sam's house. The interior sets are a larger, detailed replica of the original Foxbar home, constructed to allow for filming. Sam's home and Grey House are filmed for their exterior only. Filmmakers of The Good Witch create the illusion that they are neighbors through clever editing, camera angles, and separating interior sets from exterior locations.
The television series and movie series are filmed in Hamilton, Cambridge, and Dundas, Ontario, rather than the fictional Middleton, USA!
