Sigmundskron Castle (German: Schloss Sigmundskron, Italian: Castel Firmiano) is an extensive castle and set of fortifications near Bolzano in South Tyrol. Today its ruins house the fourth mountain museum established by the South Tyrolean mountaineer, Reinhold Messner. On 9 June 2006 the MMM (Messner Mountain Museum Firmian) was opened in this fortified castle dating to the Late Middle Ages. Sigmundskron Castle. History The first historical mention of the castle, under the name Formicaria (later Formigar), dates back to AD 945. In 1027 Emperor Conrad II transferred it to the Bishop of Trent. In the 12th century it was given to ministeriales, who from then on were named the Firmian family. Around 1473 the Prince of Tyrol, Duke Sigismund the Rich, bought the castle, renamed it Sigmundskron Castle and had it developed to withstand firearms. Karneid Castle (Italian: Cornedo all'Isarco) is a castle in northern Italy situated in the comune (municipality) of Karneid in the province of South Tyrol in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 4 km east of the city of Bolzano (Bozen).   Fysieke symptomen door de nieuwe energie... De afgelopen jaren is mij opgevallen dat er steeds weer nieuwe golven komen die ons met kracht vooruit stuwen. En wanneer er zo'n nieuwe golf aankomt worden mensen onrustig van binnen. Ons natuurlijke systeem pikt dat vaak al eerder op dan dat wij ons er bewust van zijn. Wanneer we in zo'n golf zitten, merken we ineens dat we moeilijker in slaap komen of de hele dag het gevoel hebben weer naar bed te willen. Verkampen onze spieren, reageert het spijsvertering-systeem, barsten we van energie of ontbreekt het daaraan. Kunnen we moeilijk ons vaste ritme aanhouden, of komen juist oude vaste patronen ineens weer bovendrijven... En na zo'n golf kun je je afvragen, waar was ik toch al die tijd, kun je inzichten ontvangen en het gevoel hebben anders in je lichaam te zitten of in de wereld te staan.
