  Some loves feel like sunshine that never fades, and you, my sweet granddaughter, are one of those beautiful lights in my life    Every memory with you feels like a soft bouquet of joy, full of laughter, gentle moments, and the kind of warmth that stays with me long after the day is done  Watching you grow has been the most precious gift, like seeing a garden bloom in the most magical way   You carry so much kindness and wonder in your heart, and it makes the world brighter in ways words can barely capture  Today, I’m wrapping you up in the biggest, coziest hugs and sending all my love your way   May your day feel as sweet and special as you are, filled with little joys, soft smiles, and all the happiness your heart can hold

Gwyllyn Samuel Newton "Glenn" Ford (May 1, 1916 – August 30, 2006) His film debut was in "Heaven With a Barbed Wire Fence" (1939). After World War II started, he put his career on hold and enlisted in the United States Marines. In 1992, Ford was awarded the French Legion of Honor Medal for his service in France during the war aiding those fleeing from the Nazis. He also served in Vietnam as a member of the United States Naval Reserves. He was married to dancer Eleanor Powell (1943 to 1959) and they had a son, Peter. He resumed his film career after the war and became a star after appearing opposite Rita Hayworth in "Gilda" (1946). Throughout the 1950s and 1960s, he maintained his status as a popular star showing his diverse talents in dramas, comedies and westerns. His extensive list of films includes "Blackboard Jungle" (1955), "The Teahouse of the August Moon" and "Ransom!" (both in 1956), "3:10 to Yuma" (1957), ...

Ein stilles Weinen ist in mir Und Abend ist. Ich gehe durch die knospende Allee Und Frühling ist. Auf meine Wangen Fallen weiße, allererste Blüten. In meinem Haar Spielt leis der Wind. Dieses kleine Gedicht ist aus dem Roman Löwenzahn von Else Feldmann: Löwenzahn - Eine Kindheit, Rikola-Verlag, Wien, Berlin, Leipzig, München, 1921 Else Feldmann, geboren am 25. Februar 1884 in Wien. Ab 1908 veröffentlichte sie zahlreiche kleine Erzählungen sowie journalistische Berichte wie Jugendgerichtsreportagen und Texte zu sozialkritischen Themen wie Kindernot, Jugendkriminalität und die Elendsbezirke der Stadt. Ihre erste selbstständige Buchveröffentlichung war 1921 der Roman Löwenzahn – Eine Kindheit. Am 14. Juni 1942 wurde sie von der Gestapo verschleppt und drei Tage später im Vernichtungslager Sobibór, das im östlichen Polen an der ukrainischen Grenze liegt, ermordet.   Norman Melton hat sich aus armen Verhältnissen zum Besitzer der Melton Motor Company hochgearbeitet und ist nun ein Millionär, der ehrgeizig an weiteren Projekten arbeitet. Er wurde in den Adelsstand erhoben und war in erster Ehe mit einer Adligen verheiratet. Diese Ehe war sehr unglücklich, da Lady Evelyn Cleeve, die verwitwete Tochter des Earl of Brora, ihrem ersten Gatten nachtrauerte, der verunglückt war und Norman nur aus finanziellen Gründen geheiratet hatte. Sogar ihre Tochter Skye aus erster Ehe hatte sie vernachlässigt. Norman hat ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zu seiner Stieftochter, die mittlerweile erwachsen ist. Norman verliebt sich in die junge und sehre hübsche Schauspielerin Carlotta Lenshovski. Sie ist russischer Herkunft und stammt aus der Romanoff Familie. Während sie mit Norman liiert ist, trifft sie auch den Arzt Hector McCleod und verliebt sich in ihn.   Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald (September 24, 1896 – December 21, 1940) He is widely regarded as one of the greatest American writers of the 20th century. Fitzgerald is also considered a member of the "Lost Generation" of the 1920s. He finished four novels: This Side of Paradise, The Beautiful and Damned, The Great Gatsby (his most famous), and Tender Is the Night. A fifth, unfinished novel, The Love of the Last Tycoon, was published posthumously. Fitzgerald also wrote many short stories that treat themes of youth and promise along with age and despair. Fitzgerald's work has been adapted into films many times. His short story, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, was the basis for a 2008 film. Tender Is the Night was filmed in 1962, and made into a television miniseries in 1985. The Beautiful and Damned was filmed in 1922 and 2010. Braam - Ik bescherm je De Braam trakteert ons momenteel op een overvloed aan de meest schattige bloemetjes. Zijn de hartvormige bloemblaadjes niet prachtig? De bloemetjes van de Braam laten we lekker hangen. Bijen en insecten zijn er dol op en wij op de bramen in het najaar! Wel kunnen we het jonge blad van de braam oogsten en drogen voor de thee. Braamblad heeft een volle smaak en geeft een stevige basis aan elk kruidenthee mengsel. Als je goed kijkt naar een Braamstruik dan zie je hoe ze met haar lange stekelige uitlopers veilige holletjes creëert om in weg te kruipen. Voor vogels, insecten en andere wezens. Maar ook voor jou. Waneer je braamthee drinkt dan slaat ze haar lange armen om je heen en schermt ze je af van alle prikkels van de buitenwereld. Zo kun je op adem komen om daarna weer volop te kunnen genieten van gezelligheid en samenzijn. Combineer Braamblad met Citroenmelisse om op tijd je grenzen aan te geven, en een snufje Lavendel om spanning los te laten.

Datering ca. 1765 Het Waaggebouw (Stadswaag) heeft hier een een houten colonnade of zuilengalerij, deze werd in 1756 aangebracht ter vervanging van de oorspronkelijke dubbele stenen statietrap. Deze colonnade werd tijdens de restauratie door gemeentearchitect J.J. Weve in 1886 weer vervangen door de stenen bordestrap zoals we die nu nog steeds kennen.   Robert Bruce Hegyes (May 7, 1951 – January 26, 2012) He was best known for his role as Juan Epstein on Welcome Back, Kotter and as detective Manny Esposito on Cagney & Lacey. Within a year of graduating from college, Hegyes was cast to co-star in the highly acclaimed Off Broadway drama, Naomi Court. Hegyes was later cast by Tony Award- winning actor Len Cariou (making his directing debut) to co-star in the Broadway drama, Don't Call Back. While performing on Broadway, Hegyes auditioned for television producer James Komack and was cast to star in what was to become the award-winning series Welcome Back, Kotter.
