 “Your arrival was already expected.” 

When we think of heaven, we imagine angels, light, and peace.
But for those of us who’ve loved a dog, heaven wouldn’t feel complete without them waiting at the gate.

Picture this: You arrive, and before you can say a word, you hear—
 “We’ve been hearing about you every single day. The walks, the treats, the silly voices. Your best friend never stopped talking about you.”

Because while the world saw just a pet, in their eyes you were the story worth retelling forever. 

Every tail wag was a love letter. Every pawprint was proof of devotion.
And even now, beyond this life, that love keeps echoing, waiting for the moment you’re finally together again.
