But what about you mama?
But what about you mama?
You push through the late nights. You hold the baby when they cry, even when your body aches and your mind is running on empty.
You’re there for everyone else your kids, your partner, your family.
You remember appointments, pack lunches, wash the tiny socks, and still somehow find the energy to show up when someone needs you.
But somewhere in all of that, you forget that you matter too.
That your needs don’t stop just because you became a mom.
That you deserve moments that fill you back up, the same way you pour into everyone else.
So get the coffee.
Take the shower a little longer.
Buy the thing that makes you smile.
You don’t need permission to take care of yourself, mama.
You give so much you deserve something for you, too.
