I don’t reward “good behavior.”
I don’t reward “good behavior.”
I notice effort instead.Because I don’t want my kids to think they have to be perfect to be seen.
I want them to know I’m proud when they try, even when it doesn’t work out.
When they mess up but take responsibility.
When they show kindness without being asked.
When they get frustrated but still keep going.
I want them to grow up knowing their worth isn’t measured by how “good” they are,
but by how much heart they put into everything they do.
