 I don’t follow every parenting trend.

I follow my gut.

Because I’ve learned that no one online knows my kids like I do.
No chart, no sleep schedule, no perfectly filtered advice will ever compare to that feeling deep in my chest that tells me what they need.

Some days that means giving in to extra cuddles instead of sticking to a routine.
Other days it means saying no when everyone else says yes.
It means trusting myself, even when I’m unsure, even when I mess up, even when I feel judged for doing things differently.

Parenting isn’t about keeping up.
It’s about tuning in to your heart, your kids, your home.
That’s where the real answers always are.
