Unpopular opinion

 Unpopular opinion but if you have my kids for eight hours a day, that’s enough time to teach them what they need to know. If it doesn’t get done in that window, it can wait until tomorrow.

I get maybe four hours with them after school before bed and that’s not even counting practices and activities.

That time at home is for us.
For family.
For connection.
For real life skills they’ll use every single day.

Priorities matter.
And homework just isn’t one of mine anymore.

I’m not wasting the little time I get with my kids stressing over worksheets.
Home is where we breathe.
Where we reset.
Where we find peace.
