Some of my most meaningful moments

Some of my most meaningful moments

don’t come with noise or celebration.

They come in silence.

In still rooms,
soft light through the window,
and two small hands folded beside mine.

It’s in those moments that I see something deeper than words.

Not perfection.
Not understanding.

Just faith.

Simple, quiet, and pure.

I’ve learned that strength doesn’t always look like standing tall.
Sometimes it looks like kneeling down,
closing your eyes,
and trusting with everything you have.

And when I pray for my grandchild…

I don’t ask for a life without hardship.

I ask for something stronger than that.

A heart that stays kind.
A spirit that doesn’t break when life gets hard.
And the ability to feel love—even in uncertain seasons.

Because faith isn’t about avoiding the storm.

It’s about knowing
you’re never facing it alone.
