Even on the days when your body was tired, your mind was heavy, and your heart was barely holding on.
You still showed up.
You still loved them through the chaos, the exhaustion, the noise.

No one saw how much it took out of you.
No one clapped when you kept going anyway.
But you did it quietly, selflessly, every single day.

You did it on empty.
And that’s the kind of strength no one talks about enough.
