Maybe you didn’t love today

 Maybe you didn’t love today.

Maybe you were counting down the minutes until bedtime.
Maybe you snapped more than you wanted to.
Maybe you didn’t feel as patient as the mom next to you at the park looked.

And maybe you’re sitting there now, replaying it all, wondering if you’re messing it up.

But I need you to hear this.
You’re allowed to not love every moment.
You’re allowed to feel touched out, burned out, and worn down.

That doesn’t make you a bad mom.
It makes you a human one.

The love you pour into your babies day after day even when you’re running on empty.
That’s what makes you a good mom.

Not perfection. Not Pinterest meals. Not endless patience.

Just showing up. Just loving them through the chaos.
That’s more than enough.
You’re more than enough.
