One day

One day, your kids are going to see the real you.

Not the filtered version.
Not the “trying your best but exhausted” version.
The real you.

They’ll piece it all together.
How you parented.
How you spoke to them.
How you treated their other parent.
How you treated people in general.
They’ll see the effort you poured into their life, even on the days you felt like you had nothing left.

And the truth is simple.
You’ll become one of two things in their eyes:
Someone they admire and want to grow into,
or the blueprint of who they refuse to be.

Either way, they’re watching.
Every day.
Every moment.
Soaking it all in.

Be the person you’re proud for them to remember.
