Being a grandparent

Being a grandparent does not automatically grant access to my children.

If you couldn’t respect me, protect me, or maintain a healthy relationship with your own child, why would I hand you unrestricted access to mine.

Titles don’t override boundaries.
DNA doesn’t cancel accountability.
And being related does not entitle you to closeness.

Healthy relationships are built.
They’re not inherited.
