FOUR RAINBOWS, ONE RIVER

 FOUR RAINBOWS, ONE RIVER

The sky didn’t just clear… it layered itself.
Bands of color stepping across the water like quiet bridges,
while the clouds still held the last breath of the storm.

This happens when sunlight hits raindrops at the perfect angle (about 42° for the main bow). The extra arcs can come from multiple internal reflections inside the drops (secondary bows) and sometimes supernumerary bands—thin pastel repeats caused by wave interference in tiny, uniform droplets.
