Jackie Searl
Jackie Searl was born July 27, 1921 in Anaheim, CA and he was a child actor sometimes billed as Jackie Searle. He often had supporting or small roles as bratty kids, obnoxious squealers, and sandbox bullies. such as in "Skippy" 1931, "Tom Sawyer" 1930, "Huckleberry Finn" 1931, "Finn & Hattie"1931, and "Sooky" 1931. He was the mean counterpart for Jane Withers in a few films. He served in the US Army for four years during WWII working as a radio instructor. He seemed to dissapear after 1949 but returned to films and TV in 1959 and was billed as Jack Searl often playing villians. Searl retired in the 1970s and died on April 29, 1991 in Yujunga, CA of heart disease at the age of 69.
