To the mama

 To the mama staring at the clothes that used to fit before motherhood, I want you to know this... it's okay to buy something new.

Something that feels good.
Something that makes you feel like you.
Your body has carried you through so much.
It's given life, it's endured, it's changed.
It doesn't deserve to be punished by squeezing back into clothes that don't honor where you are now.
It deserves comfort.
It deserves love.
And so do you.
