Postpartum rage isn’t talked about enough
Postpartum rage isn’t talked about enough.
It’s not just “being tired.”It’s not “hormones” or “you just need a nap.”
It’s the silent storm that builds inside when you feel unseen, unheard, and completely touched out.
It’s snapping over the smallest things and then crying because you didn’t mean to.
It’s hating that version of yourself but not knowing how to make her stop showing up.
No one prepares you for how isolating motherhood can be when your body, mind, and emotions are all healing at once while you’re also keeping a tiny human alive.
You’re not crazy. You’re not broken. You’re not alone.
You’re just carrying too much without enough help.
You deserve rest.
You deserve to feel safe in your own body again.
You deserve support not judgment.
Because postpartum rage isn’t who you are.
It’s what happens when you’ve been surviving alone for too long.
