Master of the House


 "Master of the House" (Du skal aere din hustru) is a 1925 Danish silent film directed by Carl Theodor Dreyer. It's often regarded as one of Dreyer's finest works from his early career. The film tells the story of Viktor Frandsen, a tyrannical husband who mistreats his wife Ida, so the women of the house decide to teach him a lesson in gratitude.
