 My kid doesn’t just listen and obey.

They question me. They argue their point. They push every single button I have.

And honestly, it’s exhausting.
Some days I just want the easy “okay, mom.”

But then I remember
I don’t want to raise a kid who follows blindly.
I want to raise a kid who thinks for themselves.
Who stands up for what’s right.
Who isn’t afraid to speak up, even when their voice shakes.

So yeah, it’s hard right now.
But I know one day, that same fire will protect them.
