So many moms stay silent

 So many moms stay silent.

Not because they don’t need help,
but because they’re scared of what asking might say about them.

They’re afraid someone will think they can’t handle it.
That they’re not strong enough.
That they’re not a good mom.

So instead, they carry the weight alone.
They push through the exhaustion.
They hide the tears.
They smile and say, “I’m fine,” when they’re anything but.

The truth is needing help doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re human.
And if we want moms to thrive, we have to stop making them feel like asking for help is admitting defeat.
