Gerald Auger


Gerald Auger of Woodland Cree descent, an award winning actor & director, graduate of Business Administration & Small Business Management. In 1996/1997 was awarded the National Native Role Model by the Governor General of Canada, has spent over 20 years working with Hollywood as an actor in a variety of films & television series. As a writer, producer & director Gerald’s first film, Walking Alone about Indigenous gangs, received industry acclaim & won awards for Best Film & Best Director. Gerald’s second film in 2008 for National Film Board of Canada, CBC & APTN, was an award winning documentary Honour Thy Father about spirituality in Indigenous communities, Best Film Representing Cultural Diversity. Gerald won Best Actor for Lost Face as Makamuk in LA.
