Verhit in een koekenpan de olijfolie. Fruit de ui 2 min. Schep de chorizo erdoor en bak 4 min. mee. Voeg de paprika toe en bak in 5 min. beetgaar. Schep de bonen erdoor. Verwarm de bonenschotel nog 2-3 min. Schep de peterselie erdoor en breng op smaak met peper. Verdeel de bonenschotel over 4 borden. Serveer met het stokbrood. Tip! Serveer er voor een fris accent partjes citroen bij.
