People always say

 People always say,

“I’d die for my kids.”

But the truth is…
they don’t need you to die for them.
They need you to live.

To make better choices, even when it’s hard.
To choose healing instead of numbing.
To show up not just physically, but emotionally.

Living for them means doing the work to become who they deserve.
It means being here. Present. Healthy.
Thriving.

Because your kids don’t need a hero who would die for them
they need a parent who chooses to live.
