M'Liss


"M'Liss" 1918 directed by Marshall A. Neilan, written by Frances Marion based on the Bret Harte novel. The story was made as a film called "M'Liss" in 1915 and it would be remade in 1922 as "The Girl Who Ran Away" starring Gladys Walton and it would be remade again, as "M'Liss" in 1936 starring Anne Shirley.
