Chrysler Building
I've noticed recently that some London estate agents are using "Art Deco" as a selling point, and interpreting it as broadly as they do the more fashionable districts. I've always thought that houses like these in Garnett Road and Upper Park Road in NW3 were under-appreciated for their design, and I'm sure they're nicer to live in than the nearby Isokon, but it never occurred to me that they belong to the same architectural genre as the Chrysler Building. They were built 1932-4 for Glenloch Investments; couldn't find the architects name.
