Charmed is more than just a show

For many people, especially the 8x, 9x generation, Charmed is a part of their childhood, a show that the whole family looks forward to every week. We grew up with the Halliwell sisters, experiencing their ups and downs, their joys and sorrows.

At a time when there weren't many strong female characters on television, Charmed brought not just one, but four complex, multi-dimensional heroines. They fought demons while facing very real problems such as love, career, family. They show that women can be strong, independent, and vulnerable, and that's okay.
