Rose McGowan

 "When Rose McGowan joined Charmed in season 4 as Paige Matthews, she not only took over the role of the youngest sibling in the magical family, but also stepped into a working environment that had already been closely tied between Alyssa Milano (Phoebe) and Holly Marie Combs (Piper).

At first, Rose admitted that she felt a bit out of place, as everyone was used to the “original trio”. However, over time, she and Alyssa gradually found common ground, especially since both of them are strong-willed, straightforward and perfectionists.

Alyssa once shared in an interview:

“Working with Rose was not easy at times, because both of them were very opinionated. But once we overcame our differences, we understood each other a lot better.”

Rose was short but honest:

“Alyssa and I are different, but that helps create balance in the group.”

On set, they often joked with the makeup team, shared snacks, and sometimes even tried out spells for fun before filming.

Although not as close as sisters, Paige and Phoebe – Rose and Alyssa – still learned to respect each other and work professionally, to bring engaging and emotional seasons to the audience."
