I used to waste so much energy

 I used to waste so much energy comparing my motherhood to everyone else’s.

I thought I was doing it wrong because I didn’t sleep train. Because I held my baby too much. Because our routines looked nothing like the ones I saw online.

But what I’ve learned is this your family is allowed to look different. Your choices are allowed to go against the grain. Your rhythm doesn’t need to match anyone else’s.

You are the expert on your baby. You are the heartbeat of your home.

And what works for your family is enough.

You don’t need approval. You don’t need to explain. You don’t need to do it like them.

You just need to trust yourself and love your babies the way only you can.
