If you want to share

If you want to share the mental load with your husband, there has to be space for compromise.

Real compromise.

It means letting go of the idea that there’s only one right way to do things.
It means trusting that just because he doesn’t do it the way you would doesn’t mean it’s wrong.
It’s just different.

Sharing the mental load isn’t about handing over tasks while keeping control.
It’s about releasing some of the weight, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Because partnership isn’t built on perfection.
It’s built on trust, grace, and learning how to meet in the middle.
