No one prepares you

No one prepares you for how tired motherhood feels in your thirties.

Not sleepy tired.
Not need-a-nap tired.
Bone-deep, nervous-system tired.

In your twenties, you could power through.
Late nights, early mornings, chaos everywhere and you bounced back.

In your thirties, your body keeps the receipts.
The broken sleep lingers.
The mental load stacks.
The noise stays in your head long after the house is quiet.

You’re not weaker.
You’re carrying more.

More responsibility.
More awareness.
More emotional labor.
More kids who need you regulated so they can be okay.

And somehow you still show up.
You still comfort.
You still plan.
You still love with everything you have.

So if you feel exhausted in a way you never did before, this is your reminder.

Nothing is wrong with you.
This season is just heavy.

And you’re doing it anyway.
