When the clocks change
When the clocks change, it’s not just the time that feels off.

Drink something warm.
Eat cozy meals.
Get that morning light.
Cuddle your babies and grandbabies a little longer.
You don’t have to power through.
You just need warmth, rest, and comfort.
Your body is adjusting and that’s okay.
