 Everyone tells you how fast it goes.

But nothing prepares you for just how quickly everything changes.

One day, you’re holding a baby who needs you for everything.
The next, they’re running ahead without looking back.

One day, their tiny fingers won’t let go of yours.
The next, they’re asking for space and doing it on their own.

You go from being their whole world to cheering them on as they build one of their own.

Motherhood is a blur of moments you wish you could pause.
It’s beautiful.
It’s overwhelming.
And it’s over way too soon.

So I’ll keep holding on a little tighter and soaking it all inbecause these are the days I’ll miss most.
