When a mom says
When a mom says, “I’m losing my mind. I need help,”
she’s not looking for a pep talk. She’s reaching out because she’s carrying more than she can hold alone.
Telling her “You’ve got this” might sound encouraging,
but what she really needs is someone to show up.
To be there. To remind her she’s not doing this by herself.
She’s running on empty, still pouring love into everyone around her.
What would truly help is someone stepping in with gentle hands and an open heart.
Bring her coffee. Rock the baby. Let her cry and don’t try to fix it. Just sit with her.
Support isn't loud.
Sometimes, it's as simple as showing up and saying,
“I’m here. Let’s do this together.”
