 Sometimes I worry that I'm raising a child who feels too deeply.

Who cries when others hurt.
Who gets quiet in loud rooms.
Who says sorry even when it's not their fault.

But then I take a breath.
And I remember.

The world doesn’t need more people who hide their hearts to look strong.
It needs more people who wear their kindness proudly.
Who show up with compassion.
Who care more about people than power.
Who lead with love, even when it’s hard.

So no, my child isn’t too sensitive.
They’re exactly what this world needs more of.
And I’m so proud to be raising a heart like theirs.
