Barbara Stuart
Barbara Stuart, born Barbara Ann McNeese (January 3, 1930 – May 15, 2011)She is remembered for her role of Bunny Wilson (Frank Sutton's girlfriend) in the TV comedy series "Gomer Pyle" (1964 to 1969). A native of Illinois, she studied Theater at the Schuster-Martin School of Drama in Cincinnati and furthered her training as she was mentored by noted acting coaches Stella Adler and Uta Hagen. Stuart marked her TV debut in an episode of the series "I Led 3 Lives" (1954) and simultaneously worked as a model, as she gradually accumulated a lengthy sum of television credits, among them "Hawaiian Eye", "The Twilight Zone" ("A Thing About Machines", 1960 episode), "Perry Mason", "Batman", "Barnaby Jones", and many others. She also appeared in the films Marines, Let's Go (1961), Hellfighters (1968), Airplane! (1980), Bachelor Party (1984), and Pterodactyl Woman from Beverly Hills (1997). Stuart was married to actor Dick Gautier from 1967, until their divorce in 1979. She died on May 15, 2011, at age 81.
