 The mom who says she is fine is usually the one who is holding the most.

She is the one who keeps showing up even when she’s running on fumes.

The one who handles the school forms, the appointments, the piles of laundry, the meals, the emotions, the everything.
She has mastered the art of smiling through exhaustion.
She knows exactly how to make everyone else feel better
and somehow never asks for the same in return.

People think she is strong.
And she is.
But even strong women get tired.
Even strong moms need someone to look them in the eyes and say
How are you really
What can I take off your plate
You don’t have to carry all of this alone.

Check on her.
The mom who never asks for a break.
The mom who swears she’s good.
The mom who picks herself up day after day and keeps going because she loves her family so much.

She deserves someone who notices her heart.
Someone who sees the weight she carries.
