Forever Charmed

 " During the filming of the series finale, “Forever Charmed,” Holly Marie Combs was visibly pregnant with her second child in real life. Since she played Piper Halliwell, this real-life pregnancy was subtly woven into the story. While the show doesn’t explicitly say so, it’s implied — and fans widely accept — that Piper was already expecting her third child with Leo during Phoebe’s wedding scene.

This lines up beautifully with the flash-forward scenes at the end of the finale, where we see Piper and Leo with three children, including a daughter. It’s a lovely, almost magical blending of reality and fiction — just the kind of thing the Charmed Universe is known for.
