Mom guilt is heavy
Mom guilt is heavy.
It tells you you’re not doing enough, even when you’ve poured out every bit of yourself. It sneaks in when you sit down to rest.
It makes you question if you’re a bad mom for needing help.
It makes you believe your kids deserve more than what you can give.
But here’s the truth
Your kids don’t see the guilt.
They don’t see the self-doubt.
They see the mom who kisses their scraped knees.
The mom who tucks them in when she’s exhausted.
The mom who keeps showing up, even on the hardest days.
They don’t measure you by perfection.
They feel the love in every hug, every “I love you,” every moment you’re there.
And that love?
That’s more than enough.
