 "The Charmed cast were excited and curious when they first encountered the Book of Shadows. As witches representing the Halliwell family, they had to learn how to understand and use this ancient book – which holds all the magic, spells, and secrets of the family.

Alyssa Milano (Witch Phoebe), Rose McGowan (Witch Paige), and Holly Marie Combs (Witch Piper) shared that getting acquainted with the Book of Shadows was not only part of the script, but also a journey to feel the power of the characters. Every word, every drawing in the book had a deep meaning and made them feel like they were really entering the magical world.

In many scenes, the actors expressed amazement and caution when turning each page of the book, as if they themselves were learning how to exploit the potential power within. The Book of Shadows is not only a prop, but also a symbol that connects the three witch sisters on screen, helping them unite and defeat all dark forces."
