After the tense and emotional scenes in “We’re Off to See the Wizard,” the backstage of the Charmed crew was filled with laughter – and most of it came from… Alyssa Milano.

Although she was the one who portrayed the emotional scenes full of conflict with the character Cole, Alyssa always knew how to “get out of character” as soon as the director shouted “cut.” With a pair of stuffed animal slippers secretly slipped on her feet under her witch robe, she skipped around the set, joking that they were “magic shoes that help relieve stress after crying scenes.”

While the technicians adjusted the lighting for the next scene, Alyssa playfully hid Rose McGowan’s script behind the prop wall, then pretended to be serious:

“Rose, I see someone trying to control Paige’s future by… hiding the lines!”

When Julian McMahon (Cole) entered the set with a look of preparation for a heavy psychological scene, Alyssa deliberately made a devil face behind him when the camera was not on, causing Julian to laugh at the exact moment... the director walked in. ""Why do you always choose the perfect moment to mess things up, Lyss?"" - Julian laughed and shook his head, while Alyssa just shrugged innocently: ""The witch doesn't need permission to mess around!""
