Verwijder de theedoek van de braadslee en duw de groenten zachtjes in het deeg, zodat ze nog wel te zien zijn. Verkruimel de feta erover en besprenkel met de rest ...

35 min bereiden hoofdgerecht 4 personen 625 kcal/pp 1.5 kg kruimige aardappelen 2 el zonnebloemolie 2 uien 1 rode paprika 390 g kipfilet (1 schaal) 70 g tomatenpuree (1 blikje) 2 tl paprikapoeder 400 g tomatenblokjes 520 g zuurkool naturel (1 zak) 125 g crème fraîche 2 takjes platte peterselie 1 snufje peper BEREIDINGSWIJZE Zet in 4 stappen deze heerlijke Goulash met zuurkool en kip op tafel. Kook de aardappelen in 20 min. gaar. Verhit intussen in een braadpan de olie. Fruit de ui met de paprika 3 min. Schep de kipblokjes erdoor en bak nog 3 min. Schep de tomatenpuree en paprikapoeder erdoor. Schenk de tomatenblokjes erbij en voeg de zuurkool toe. Stoof de goulash in 20 min. afgedekt gaar. Giet de aardappelen af. Schep de helft van de crème fraîche door de goulash en breng op smaak met peper. Schep de aardappelen op 4 borden en schep er de goulash bij. Augusta Savage 1892-1962 Augusta Savage battled discrimination and financial hardships as an acclaimed sculptor and teacher, and went on to become a key mentor and supporter of numerous black artists who followed in her footsteps.
