 Just because moms can do anything

doesn’t mean they should always have to.

Being capable isn’t consent.
Being strong doesn’t mean you’re not tired.
Doing it all doesn’t mean you’re meant to do it alone.

You’re allowed to rest.
You’re allowed to ask for help.
You’re allowed to put things down without explaining yourself.

Motherhood isn’t a test of endurance.
You don’t get bonus points for burning yourself out.
You are enough, even when you stop carrying everything.
