 They say "soak it all in" like every moment is supposed to feel magical.

Like the sticky floors, sleepless nights, and endless crying are something I should be grateful for all the time.

But the truth is, not every moment of motherhood feels beautiful.
Some moments feel heavy. Some feel exhausting. Some feel like too much.

And that does not make you a bad mom. It makes you human.

You can love your children with every piece of your heart and still admit that some parts of motherhood are really hard.
You do not have to enjoy every second to be doing a beautiful job.

Give yourself permission to feel it all. The messy. The overwhelming. The in-between.
Because that is real. And that is enough.
