October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month

Grief doesn’t follow rules. It doesn’t look the same for everyone, and that’s okay.

It’s okay if you need space.
It’s okay if you can’t be around babies right now.
It’s okay if some days you feel strong and others you can’t get out of bed.
It’s okay if you’re angry, numb, or confused.
It’s okay if you talk about your baby every day or if you can’t bring yourself to say their name yet.

There’s no “right” way to move through this kind of loss.
There’s only your way the one that helps you breathe, heal, and remember.

If you’ve experienced pregnancy or infant loss, your grief is valid.
Your love is eternal.
And your story matters no matter what it looks like.
