I’ve always heard about people being judged

I’ve always heard about people being judged by their mother-in-laws or older women in their lives.

But it turns out… the most judgmental people you’ll experience as a parent are your peers.

It’s not always the older generation with outdated advice.
It’s the moms beside you in the trenches the ones who should understand the most who can make you feel the smallest.

The ones who whisper when your kid throws a tantrum.
Who raise their eyebrows when you hand over a tablet.
Who talk about gentle parenting but forget to be gentle with other parents.

We’re all just trying to do our best.
And the truth is, none of us are getting it perfect.
So maybe it’s time we stop competing and start showing each other a little more compassion.
