Fed is best doesn’t just apply to infants
Fed is best doesn’t just apply to infants.
It applies to toddlers who only want buttered noodles for three days straight. It applies to the kid who’d rather live on granola bars than eat the dinner you spent an hour making.
It applies to the child who gets so overwhelmed at the table that you celebrate the three bites they managed before walking away.
Fed is best when you’re exhausted and hand them a PB&J because you just don’t have the energy for more.
Fed is best when you’re grabbing fries on the way home because life is busy and survival matters more than balance some days.
Fed is best because our kids don’t need perfection.
They need nourishment, love, and parents who know that eating something is better than going hungry.
Stop letting the pressure of “perfect” meals make you feel like you’re failing.
You’re not.
You’re feeding your child.
And that is always enough.
