I don’t owe anyone an explanation
I don’t owe anyone an explanation for how I choose to parent my kids
Not the stranger at the grocery store who thinks they get a sayNot the family member who loves to whisper their opinions behind my back
Not the mom at the park who raises her eyebrows at how I do things
Because here’s the truth
These little humans? They’re mine to raise
It’s my job to know them, love them, protect them, guide them
No one else gets a vote
So whether I let them co-sleep until they’re five
Or hand them an iPad so I can drink my coffee in peace
Or say no to a hundred things so I can say yes to what truly matters
It’s between me and my kids
No explanation needed
