 Let me make one thing clear. My child will never be asked to keep secrets from me. I do not care who you are or what your intentions might be. If you ever tell my child, “Don’t tell your mom,” understand that you have crossed a line that cannot be uncrossed.

That is how manipulation starts. That is how trust gets broken. That is how kids learn to hide things that should never be hidden.

My child deserves to grow up knowing that mom is always a safe place. That no topic is off limits. That no secret is too big to share.

So no, I am not tolerating anyone, whether family, friend, teacher, or coach, planting the idea that keeping things from me is okay. If you do, you will not get another chance.
