Once I saw those two lines

Once I saw those two lines, I knew I’d never be lonely again.

Not in the quiet way.
Not in the deep, hollow way.

Because even before I met you, I felt you.
In my body.
In my bones.
In the way my heart suddenly had a new rhythm.

I didn’t know who you would be yet.
But I knew I would never walk this world alone again.

Motherhood didn’t just give me purpose.
It gave me constant company.
A presence.
A love that follows me into every room, every thought, every version of myself.

Those two lines changed everything.
And they still do.
