Kook de rijst volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Verhit intussen in een ruime braadpan de olie. Fruit de ui en knoflook 3 min. Schep de komijn erdoor. Snijd de kip in kleinere blokjes en bak in 4 min. bruin. Voeg de roerbakmix toe en bak nog 3 min. Schenk de tomatenblokjes in de pan en breng tegen de kook aan. Draai het vuur laag. 1 bos bosuitjes 15 g peterselie 2 el kappertjes 1 paprikamix (3 stuks) 270 g pangasiusfilet (diepvries, ontdooid) 2 el zonnebloemolie 1 el kerrie 8 tortilla naturel BEREIDINGSWIJZE Zet in 4 stappen deze heerlijke Wraps met vis en groene salsa op tafel. Snijd 2 bosuitjes in grove stukken. Hak de peterselie grof. Doe de stukken bosui, peterselie, kappertjes en 100 ml water in een hoge beker. Maal fijn met een staafmixer. Snijd de paprika’s en pangasiusfilet in reepjes. Snijd de rest van de bosui in grove stukken van ca. 5 cm. Verhit de olie in een wok of hapjespan. Roerbak de paprika, de ontdooide vis, stukken bosui en kerrie in 3-5 min. gaar. Verwarm intussen de tortilla’s volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.
